THE EXERCISES (Part I)
This class teaches students the first five exercises developed by acclaimed actor and master teacher Uta Hagen. Through this series of creative drills students will use the concepts of substitution, transference, specificity, and expectation to develop their understanding of building the character from the inside out.
Topics covered: Physical destination, working with the fourth side, changes of self, working moment to moment, and re-creating physical sensations.
Solo outside rehearsal and vigorous classroom participation required. REGISTER
